Campus Recruitment

Our campus recruits infuse fresh ideas and bring in innovative thinking which, clubbed together with the profound expertise of our experienced team members, creates a potent combination.

Campus Recruitment gives us the platform to acquire some of the most talented but unexplored resources and bring them in to renew our team. We acknowledge the academic institutions that aid, augment and fuel our growth by providing us with our future leaders. Most of our team members have been handpicked from some of the top-notch business schools.

We welcome applications from recent graduates of US, European and Asian business schools for our Offshore Internship programmes, ranging from business intelligence to research and analytics at YL eServices.

Internship with us is about learning while working on live, high impact projects, interacting with accomplished experts, and gaining exposure to process excellence and quality tools. In order to provide our interns with maximum exposure to learning and growth, we align them with a project mentor who leads them through the entire internship tenure. Outstanding interns would be offered a pre-placement offer upon completion of their internship.

Hiring Process at YLeS

Our recruitment process begins with a prospective employee applying for a specific post. Candidates may approach us through various channels, such as our company website, walk-ins, employee referrals, recruitment firms, campus recruitments etc. This is followed by a telephonic interview by our Talent Acquisition team. Once shortlisted, the candidates will be required to undergo some written tests to assess their skills for the position applied for. The final phase of pre-recruitment would be one or more rounds of personal interviews. Selection of the candidates would be based on their performance at the written tests as well as at the interview.
